“I’ll love Thee in life, I will love Thee in death, and praise Thee as long as Thou lendest me breath;
And say when the death dew lies cold on my brow, if ever I loved Thee, my Jesus, ’tis now.”

Dear Lord, let this be the thought and feeling that guides me every day – to love You, and express that love, with everything that I have. Let me demonstrate it in my words and actions, in my thoughts and deeds, and in all that I do. I know I am not perfect, and perhaps this is too great a wish and hope, but let me strive for it nonetheless. Let me do all that I can to express my love, faith, and devotion to You, my Lord and Savior. Thank You for the gifts You have given, and for every blessing I have received, and thank You for loving me – today and always. Amen.
